Virtual visits with top doctors in Sonoma and Mendocino counties

Get the care you need from the safety of home or office to get a diagnosis or treatment plan for many common health problems — even prescriptions

Northern California Medical Associates is pleased to be able to offer telemedicine online care services to our patients. This new service allows our patients and providers to connect via video conference to conduct many patient visits.

With NCMA’s telehealth services, you have access to daily office hour medical care anywhere you are. You can now book appointments and follow-up visits with your provider using Zoom, FaceTime, Doxy.me, Google Duo, Google Meet, Doximity Dialer Video or Skype. Meet with your NCMA provider face-to-face using a smartphone, tablet or computer (camera required) and receive the same great care from the convenience of your home, office or other secure space. Your NCMA provider will coordinate with you to help you be comfortable using whatever telehealth platform works best.

With a telemedicine visit, you now have virtual access to NCMA’s physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurse midwives, and certified dietitians. Virtual office visits remove barriers to care for those with difficulties accessing transportation while creating safer care environments & addressing health disparities.

Now more than ever, as we work to improve community health during the coronavirus pandemic, it is important to stay safe and stay home. At this time, we recommend video visits for primary care and many specialty care medical visits. Depending on the type of appointment you may need, an office visit may not be required.

Most of the insurance plans we accept will reimburse for telehealth consultations. Learn more about the health plans we accept on our insurance and billing page. Please check with your insurance health plan to verify coverage and patient responsibilities.
