Do you offer telehealth / telemedicine appointments?

Can I get a flu shot or other injection during my scheduled visit?

Yes. Patients who have a scheduled appointment with their NCMA doctor may ask to receive a flu shot, other injection, or other ancillary service at the time of that appointment.

Are visitors or companions allowed on medical visits?

We ask that patients do not bring any visitors with them to their appointment unless it is medically necessary (ie: a parent of a minor patient not capable of going into an exam solo; a caregiver of patient who is unable to answer questions about health, etc.).

Any visitors who are required for care must also answer all pre-screening questions by phone prior to the appointment. We have limited seating to allow for social distancing. Additionally, our exam rooms are small and it is impossible to social distance in exam rooms with more than 2 people. We ask for everyone’s patience and consideration at this time as we are doing our best to make this a safe environment for all our patients and staff.

Are masks required?

We ask all patients to only enter the building with a mask that does not have a vent. All persons should keep their mask over the nose and mouth for the duration of your visit.

Do I need to pre-screen via phone before entering your office?

Yes. Anyone entering the building needs to be pre-screened by phone first.

We ask that anyone with symptoms of cough, fever, chills, sore throat, runny nose, feeling achy, shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting, new or unusual headache, diarrhea, loss of taste of smell, tingling or numbness, lesions on their toes, or any know exposure to someone with a positive COVID-19 test NOT enter the building.

Can you take walk-in patients?

Due to current health conditions we have stopped all walk-in services. We ask all patients & companions to call prior to dropping by. This applies to injections, EKGs, drop-offs (paperwork or specimens), flu shots and more services.

Patients needing an injection or other service provided by a medical assistant but does not require a visit with a physician, must pre-schedule an appointment for a medical assistant service. These services will be provided Monday 8:00–11:30 a.m., Thursday 8:00–11:30 a.m. & 1–4 p.m., and Friday 8:00–11:30 a.m.
