As our medical providers, experts, communities and governments come together to lessen the impact of coronavirus (now named SARS-CoV-2), we want to inform you of how Northern California Medical Associates is supporting these efforts.

The following information explains how to access NCMA providers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and also explains our commitment to privacy and safety.

Access to your physicians and other NCMA providers

As healthcare providers, our priority is ensuring public health. Our goal is to ensure health for all patients, caregivers, companions and medical staff that may be in close contact with a person who has been exposed to or has symptoms of COVID-19.

For this reason, we have posted signs at each NCMA facility requiring persons entering our offices to be aware of the following criteria we require in order to enter waiting rooms and front desk areas. We ask that all persons adhere to these criteria.

Please do not enter a NCMA office if:

  • you have a fever, and any of these other symptoms
  • cough,
  • shortness of breath, or
  • fatigue.

Additionally, if you have been near someone during the previous 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or has traveled to an area identified by the CDC as a Level 3 Travel Health Notice location, please do not enter.

If you need medical care for these symptoms, please call to consult with our staff & providers before entering any medical or business office:

Here is a list of all of our practices with their contact information, for your reference.
