Northern California Medical Associates family medicine physicians serve patients at our offices in Santa Rosa and Petaluma in Sonoma County, and in Mendocino and greater Mendocino County. Our family medicine providers and staff are proud to deliver primary healthcare for individuals and families at every stage of life.
We also offer telehealth virtual visits for many appointments. Office-based prevention and screening programs include: check-ups, health screenings, immunizations, laboratory tests, general and sports physical exams, well-baby and well-childcare, behavioral health, women’s health, and many other primary medical care services. NCMA family medicine physicians also specialize in helping patients identify and manage chronic diseases including: diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and arthritis.
