Lindsay Usher, MA, PHR, is a high-energy, collaborative and inspirational human resources leader, recognized as a trusted adviser and relied upon as a strategic business partner. She earned her undergraduate degree in from UCLA. She then moved to the Bay Area to earn a Master of Arts degree at San Francisco State University. She has more than 15 years experience working in HR, primarily in the health care and financial services industries. Prior to accepting the position as NCMA’s human resources director in 2014, her most recent roles include: human resources director for CHI Franciscan Health at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw, Wash., and human resources manager for CHI Franciscan Medical Group in Tacoma, Wash.
A California native, Lindsay is happy to be back in the Bay Area. She enjoys practicing yoga and is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT). She also enjoys being with her family and reacquainting with the natural beauty offered in Sonoma County and surrounding Bay Area. She will show you pictures of her precious daughter without asking.
As human resources director for NCMA, Lindsay works in collaboration with department directors, managers, physicians and staff to ensure the highest standards of development, compliance and engagement. She believes in fostering kindness, respect, and patience in the workplace to support a safe environment for NMCA employees to work and grow. Lindsay reports directly to NCMA’s CEO.
